Scan (Rank D): Neku focuses inward and uses his connection to the Dream Sphere to sense the world around him, using this ability to find nearby Torments, Dreamers and Figments as well as a very loose estimate of their power level compared to himself. Strong targets might be able to sense him in return and use this to track him.
Phase (Rank D): Neku can 'slide' across the ground an inch or two off the ground, improving his speed and agility and giving him a few frames seconds to dash through physical barriers and attacks but only with perfect timing. This ability can not be spammed without exhausting him and lowering his speed and reactions.
Physical Description: 5'7". Orange hair and grey-ish blue eyes. Lanky. Tends to wear loose comfortable clothing, preferring purples, blues, whites and greys with occasional splashes of warm colors. Has a deeper voice than one might expect for his size and build, slightly raspy like he doesn't (or hasn't) talked much.
